Many drugs, such as peptide and protein drugs, have to be injected because, if taken orally, they rapidly degrade and/or are too large to cross the gut. Therefore, developing oral dosage forms for such drugs has been incredibly challenging, with only a few commercial products.

Our solution − OctoPatch®
The OctoPatch® takes needles out of the picture and offers a painless alternative for the delivery of these medicines. It is easily self-applied to the inner side of the cheek, it stays in place for a very short period of time, and then it’s removed.
